Barbara's classes are offered four times a week at the Patterson Recreation Center
- Monday and Wednesday night at 7:30
- Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:00
Classes consist of weight training,stretching, and cardio kickboxing moves..popular to all levels
of fitness and ages...classes are ongoing 10 week sessions so you can start at
any time!
First class free! Weights are supplied but you need to brigyour own floor matt (1 hr
class 1\2 floor work including abs,weights and body shaping)
